The client works within a very specialist insurance field and due to substantial growth in their sector they are looking to secure the services of an experienced Administration manager. This role will involve help manage the whole life cycle of insurance claims from initial instruction through to managing flow reports and appointing the relevant surveyor to the client.
The end goal being to provide the end client with fantastic service covering all technical and housekeeping issues.
As such the client is looking to secure the services of an experienced claims manager who has first class administration skills in a similar sector.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following competencies:
- Experience of working in the Insurance industry in a claims management or Senior Admin manager role
- Used to working with surveyors and other departments in processing insurance claims
- Manage KPIs internally and manage a team of claims assistants
- Used to holding regular meetings with staff and external clients to review performance and service delivery
- Used to dealing with external customers face to face
- A strong people manager with leadership qualities and ability to drive and improve standards
