Company

The client is a privately owned self funded organisation that provides accommodation for postgraduates in the heart of central London. The company is steeped in tradition and has served its customer base for over 50 years.

The Role

The client is looking for an experienced webmaster, web administrator to come on board and help support its large customer base and support staff internally. The client has its own CRM system/database which allows users to manage their accounts online. This role therefore will range from basic IT administration to full helpdesk support to its customer base.

The main duties of the role will involve:

- Provision of help desk service to staff and members
- System maintenance of the Web based application.
- Administration of the website
- Liaison with developers over specification and implementation of agreed developments.
- Management of interfaces with other company applications.
- Training of staff and members

It is vital therefore that you have experience in a similar role to be considered with the following skills:


- Confidence with HTML/CSS essential, ASP.NET useful
- SQL essential, PostgreSQL preferred
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Awareness of AD structure/LDAP desirable
