Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk

20 - 24,000p/a (Permanent)

Excellent opportunity to join this fast growing financial services organisation based just outside of Guildford. As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Skills Required;
- Inputting of invoices and credit notes
- Payment planning experience is a strong benefits but not essential
- Dealing with staff expenses
- Obtaining authorisation prior to payments being made
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices (including payments)
- Ad hoc duties to cover holiday and sickness in Sales Ledger may also be required.
- Intermediate / advanced skills in Excel
- Experience in working on Sage Line (Preference would be Sage Line 50)

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be use to working to strict and tight deadlines. You will also have strong Excel skills.
